Great post, I would only add that Shamika 2 Gold changed it's name with Nevada to RKO Resources, which replaced the Shamika listing on Nevada, which is why it is no longer searchable.

You are spot on here:

I however can say with certainty from my quick review, this company has changed it's name often, has also quite obviously diluted common shares shamelessly, and with apparently nothing tangible to show for it, excluding what I consider to be the kind of toxic debt that in most instances only forces further dilution at a rapid pace.
