Why in the world would you say it is much ado about nothing when every other company discloses almost all of the terms of their agreements and ERHC refuses to do so. We can all speculate about why they refuse to do so, but when every other company does and ONE company does not it is a HUGE problem. I don't believe for a second that it is has anything to do with CEPSA wanting to get another block somewhere else. CEPSA has no need to disclose. ERHC does. This is hurting the share price, it is hurting the credibility of the company, it is hurting the trust in this company and I can't believe anyone would believe otherwise and say it is OK or not a big deal. It is what it is. And what it is, is a bad mistake that gets repeated over and over again. Be open, tell the truth and the share price will go up. Hide in the shadows and it won't. When will the excuses stop? Has the share price responded as most thought it would upon the finalization of the farmout? No it has NOT. So it is a big deal and it is a problem.
