KMA web site and email is down as we are transitioning I understand a website being taken down for whatever reason, but email is down? Explain how Elvis got an email if email is down?

We are still in business and you are correct our business license has lapsed however this is not an issue. I do not know the laws regarding business licenses in Canada, but in some cities/counties/states you must have a business license and pay an annual fee or close the account, if out of business. Lapsed means to me that they are delinquent in paying the annual fees as if they do not need the license. If you are still in business as claimed then you are in operating illegally.

We will address all shareholders with an update as soon as possible We have all heard this before what 5 months ago?

Why did Elvis disappear? Was this is just a fake ID? Planted here to post tons of negative comments and questions, then post a final fake email from JR and disappear?

I'm still a long. I purchased more shares last week and have never sold a single share.
