I have no concerns at all. Those of us who work in manufacturing and retail understand that not everything goes as plan specially for those thing that are not in your control. 'Proformas' are just estimates or predictions nothing more and that is business 101.

Nick has taken this company a longs ways over the last 20 months or so. A lot further than most CEOs have taken other companies.
