You are incorrect that no one can short stocks under $1 and I agree, it would be a REALLY REALLY bad idea to short MJNA right now!


Nobody can get borrows on stocks under a dollar.

Even with PR's that don't quite seem to come true, umm yet, really bad idea to short anything in such hot sector. IMO.
