<< #12 - Vitualagility case versus Salesforce.com's April Markman is temporarily stayed but a decision on this stay is expected soon >>

The exact words from the presentation were:

"...the case is temporarily stayed pending some discussions about a re-examination process that is going on, but currently the judge in Texas has affirmed that he wants/thinks this should go to trial. And that trial date would be in December of this year."

Based on the news we have received earlier this month:

http://docketreport.blogspot.com/2014/03/no-stay-pending-interlocutory-appeal-of.html

and

http://www.patentspostgrant.com/lang/en/2014/03/is-the-eastern-district-of-texas-fighting-the-america-invents-act

...where the 2nd motion for the defendants to stay the case in EDTX was denied (again), I am having trouble reconciling Peter's words regarding "temporarily stayed". Perhaps he is referring to the ongoing PTAB IPR process? Perhaps he chose his words wrong and meant something a little less colorful? Or perhaps there is another key piece of info that we haven't seen?

The VA case doesn't look like it was stayed to me.
