I brought up this topic on the Biotech Values board and on Twitter a few months ago. The response was mostly silence, suggesting that most people think Twitter Favorites are just bookmarks and nothing more.

Still, I were ARIA's general counsel, I would tell Berger to STFU before one of his Favorites gets ARIA into hot water with the FDA or some other organization.
