you still never answered the question on why you would/are buying?

the company has yet to release financials. there are no financials on any of the companies they have or have agreed to purchase. you dont know how they are spending that $1MM+ in financing they have arranged over the last year. you dont know anything about SG&A or if they are dumping that money straight into their own pockets.

with the dismal track record (public) of Sackler and Wright - what makes you think this time will be different? what are you reading in the tea leaves?

that is the point of these boards. provide some insight on why you see opportunity here when the vast majority see it as another fleece job.
