Possible Insider Action, Speculation, Covering
Perhaps a Zazzz machine was loaded onto a truck for delivery to Herbal Elements. Or Tranzbyte notified BeyondMars to have the goods at HE because the machine was there. Its a 1-2 day drive to Aspen from AZ. Maybe ERBB is prepping a monster PR and insiders are buying. TOTAL SPECULATION. But anyone in the know, be it HE, BeyondMars, Tranzbyte, Vending Design Works, Vapor Group, or even the trucking and courier services might have some actionable inside info.

This is a substantial rally on something that we don't know which indicates a big event on the horizon.

This is not, I repeat NOT a technical bounce after consolidation nor is it the entire MJ sector on an upswing. In fact, MJN@ and several other MJ bigs are down today. The technical indicators were pretty high on the bullish side and many even in the middle of the road so that is not the cause of the bounce. There were no technical patterns executed like the golden cross a few weeks back, no double bottoms or cup with handles. The MACD is now positive but the RSI is in overdrive so technically based ERBB could go up to blue skies just as easily as it could drop to give the technicals a breather.

The volume, price action and accumulation indicates to me a fundamental based momo rally. It may even be a buy the rumor, sell the news situation cooking. Short sellers have likely covered. Hopefully some new shorts will pile on for fuel during the next leg up.
