Financials: TBA, but in meetings with Brean Capital (do DD) and others and "coming together", prepping "deal points", etc. IMHO, that means very positive financials coming.

S/S, already announced and going to be reiterated in PR (float 310M +/-) with no debt, and income.

speculation: AFM purchase of selling rights to Fathers and Daughters with Russell Crowe. Yes, this is speculation, but look at the hints the CEO is throwing our way. An educated guess puts it in our pockets.
