Zero incentive by the management team to drive the stock price up prior to having their options granted. Last week's vague and fairly benign PR's and presentations showed PPHM executives didn't want to share to much information with potential investors and shareholders.

Only price movement higher will be driven by a hostile take over IMO. Partnership deals will probably be deferred until after options are granted. Oh well good time to accumulate on any dips. Great stock for 2014, but next move won't be until late May or June.
