Lil' Jon,

I have to admit that what you wrote:

"Investors are scratching their heads saying to themselves "not another toxic loan. WTF". After the Ironridge experience?"

That is exactly what I thought and am still thinking. It scares me to think that I am investing money into a company that has not shown that they have the ability to learn from their mistakes. At this point I don't know what to think. And then I have read from some posters here that say that because of their credit history they may not have had a choice. But if all they are getting is two million dollars, could't they have raised that much capital by simply selling stock? Surely that would have been preferable. If they had only released the positive news and not announced that they were again borrowing from a lender of least resort, their share price would not have done a swan dive the way that it has and the intellectual property would not be at stake. Just poor judgment, at least in my opinion. I have been a strong believer in this stock from the very beginning, but this rattles me, too!
