Looks very much like Shorts to me. 1. Create a wall at .0016, 2. Ping the BID with small sells, 3. Place an "average" below the BID transaction across the tape, 4. Wait for BID sells, 5. Start new wall at .0015...and so on - clearly it's being "professionally" walked-down on low volume...

However, they do keep meeting stubborn support at .0014, which might be their cover point, or, organic BUYING support.

Very intriguing...
