ICOA .0001s last week ?

I got 2.5 Million ICOA ones, with some ten day old orders. I still have orders in for 2.7M at $0.0001, which are more old orders that are now getting on to two weeks old.

It took me so long to get any ones, that I am sort of convinced that the MMs have some sort of queueing system for allocating shares, that are over-subscribed at some price.

Don't really know, but the fact that I did not get any ICOA ones at first, but only after ten days, makes me think I am close to the right answer.

In any case, I got 2.5 Million ones last week, and am waiting for more.
