As I understand it the company was supposed to have clinical trials start in 2009, then it was 2011, then it was 2012 completing phase 1 by 2013, then it was start 2013, complete phase 1 2013 and now it's that due to weather delays to equipment arriving to start sometime in 2014.

Why would a company with such a breakthrough platform take this, so long? Why?
