For the new issues, is the List SP the price of the offering, the price the stock opened at, or the price the stock closed at on the first day of trading?

Also, stocks that move to an exchange usually announce the move a couple of days before they start trading on the new exchange and they have a nice runup in price during that time. It is difficult to research that info, but it distorts and understates the stock price benefits of the move.
