At this point in the dreams of AMBS you would have to offer 5-10 Billion, at least, to get 100% ownership. We as speculative investors have bought the idea of success in AMBS. The lifes work of a dream team are starting to walk after crawling for years. After walking for a time towards cures and revenues, we will be running not walking.

I would prefer a buyout after the dream comes to life, then they might consider a part buyout for billions more. The P/E ratio could get very high with good revenue and robust pipeline.

IMHO the current price is a gift. OTC is going to be left behind for the Big Boards. Once the funds start buying then it's off to the races. They will be buying into PR's that have meat and potatoes.

I can see a possible 1 for 3 R/S to up list. You still need to be liquid. That would give us between 200-250 million shares outstanding. Now at the same time if they even need to R/S, they better include the Authorized Shares in the reverse split from 1 billion to 333.3 million A/S. Otherwise thst would create the possibility of major dilution. I pulled out of one company that reversed and kept A/S the same. On the upside, that company had only 25% of AMBS possible revenue streams. All of that money and more are in this company now.

Great things ahead soon. I hope everyone had a good weekend!
