Massive increase of A/S : About 6 weeks ago, ceo fong (and BOD) increased A/S (common) from 2.5 billion to 6 Billion shares. wtf ? ( see post # 27000 for a direct link to the official 8-k filing.)
Did he offer any explanation to anyone as to WHY the massive increase ?
