It is schedule 1, considered dangerous, so hop-on could be liable for selling SOMETHING THEY (hop-on CEO) COULD GO TO PRISON FOR - narco trafficing. Proceeds of any sales could be siezed by the feds, too.

I think some members of congress are trying to have it removed from schedule 1 status, although its been tried before and failed.
