Spoke with the company and it seems that things r fine and progressing.

Some filings to come in the coming weeks and hopefully fully reporting once SEC approves them.

Also the money will come in the form of equity in the plant/s and not additional shares! My bad / I just assumed that it would be the case. Obviously, a lot had to happen including permits and engineering etc.
