I believe the post is misleading and just a scare tactic. Bill posted this right before the partnership announcement with PHOT. A course he was not going to sell at the price on 1/21/14. On 1/21/14 the PPS high price was .0269. On 1/22/14 the price closed at .0449 because of the partnership PHOT deal. CEOs sell shares all the time. I do not see the big deal.
