Our Appeal was filed several months before Constant Contract's Complaint was filed so I am a little bewildered as to why Constant Contract's Complaint was placed ahead of our Appeal. Perhaps it was the additional letter to judge Sleet that Ben filed at a later date than the " Reply Brief " of Constant Contract.
