Legal precedent has been set. Easier to set it in small claims court. But yes, it will translate to the higher claims courts, and it will be applicable to each and every pink sheet stock that the guilty parties have targeted over the years.

$8.25/share for trillions and trillions of shares of OTC Pinks. Can you say, pay off the national debt 3-4 times over?
