"Riverdale filed complaints with both FINRA and the SEC yesterday, March 10th, concerning the apparent manipulation of our stock by what we believe to be a pump and dump scheme. We have requested that an investigation be made into the activities prior to, during and after the trades made on March 5th, where our stock climbed almost 1000%.
We conduct our own internal PR and IR so that only the true nature of Riverdale's business is reported, accurately and without embellishment. Whether good or bad, our shareholders deserve to know where they stand.
