They can sell it in states that it's legal in but there will be no protection on the name with the federal government so what's the point of paying to protect a name that the government won't protect
Why won't the federal government protect it? There's nothing illegal about having the inscription "THE HERBAL COLLECTION" on a product. Even if the acronym forms "THC". As far as the composition of the product goes who knows what herbs they'll be using.
It's all speculation at this point really.
