officerk - the announcement calls for 5-20,000 sq. ft. warehouses on their 40 acre plot. That would accommodate roughly 90 - 40' containers per warehouse at this point. Not sure how long it takes to construct a warehouse of this size, but my guess is 3-4 months with plans in place. As each building is completed I would guess they would fill them with containers - 90 at a time. This would spread production out over a year+ with a phased program like this. It would also be advantageous to expand production to the west coast first IF we are the ones involved with this company. This company is also planning on acquiring additional land for the same purpose. The ability to stack these containers cuts down on the real estate foot print and makes every sq. ft. more productive and cost effective as compared to conventional or horizontal farm land. PharmPods also require 1/3 the water to grow a crop as compared to conventional farming. You don't have drastic swings in temperatures or weather conditions with these pods as their environment is controlled. All we can do is remain optimistic that FSPM is the selected supplier until a announcement is made. This is a substantial order and the prestige of landing it would do wonders for future business and validate FSPM as a major player in the MMJ sector. Since we are partnering with PHOT, I am wondering if we are the supplier for their collaboration with CEN-BIo (FITX) in Canada to build the world's largest MMJ facility producing 1.3M lbs. of MMJ per year. That building is under construction now I believe.
