Hmmm .. STEM. It certainly looks like there might be some renewed interest in the stock .. but so far there is no real money flowing into the stock, and little momentum. The first thing I think of when I look at this chart is the 50% rule. If a long white candle can't hold at least 50% of it's gains, which none of them have on this chart, then I consider it null and void. I don't follow this company, so if news is pending that could change things obviously .. Good Luck.
