This is letter was written to a customer who was promised his unit last year and was given the same bs many times. Ok I'll grant you they have one unit that they go around trade shows with to show potential buyers but where are all the rest. Even, where is one single review by someone who was given the unit by NTEK. They have been taking orders for this unit close to a year now online. In fact the supposively have a second generation unit. How's that when no one ever got a first generation. All you have here are promises by a convicted felon who's brother became CEO of the company with him going to jail and with the previous skills of Ice Sculpturer. It all sounds crazy yet you guys think it's all on the level.
