I do not own any NTEK. I found out about this company because I purchased a 4K TV and was a member of the Sony forum for this set. One of the forum members had mentioned they purchased this unit online and was very optimistic about it but after waiting for months and months and being lied to changed his tune. I kept in touch with him and below is an email he got back from Mr. Foley back in January.

It's simply not possible to make people wait like this. People lose interest.
Could you give me an ETA? I mean they can't be ordered one at a time from China, I'm sure you are getting at least 1000~5000 pieces?

We have started shipping distribution and retail orders. I disagree with your statement that people lose interest. Online orders will start shipping in a few weeks. The first 15,000 went into the channel. The second run is 25,000 and will be used to cover the online sales and place inventory with Amazon.
We won two awards at CES for the product, it’s way beyond a marketing feasibility study.
Here we are two months later and nothing but empty promises from a felon and his brother. Saw the same thing with BIZM everyone saying how wonderful their device was. Had great pictures on the Internet, PHDs recommending the device as the next biggest thing in bloodless chemistry. But in reality there was nothing but insiders creating and selling stock. As usual when I warned people back then they said I was a scammer and short the stock. I have never bought that stock nor shorted a stock in my life. After the bottom fell out and the reality hit all the people who called me names and were saying how wonderful the stock was disappeared. Like will happen with NTEK. Personally I wish it was real as I would buy it for my set but the reality is painfully apparent. You are warned.
