I guess what I am saying, is this a nightmare for GE Public Relations?

I have tried to follow the discourse, and only thing I hear for Japanese event, was maybe an attempt to 'freeze cold' the ground, as a way to stop water flo off leakage effects. Sounds costly and fragile.

Are we stuck all over the world, just entombing 'spent' reactors in place? This is kind of what happens to hazardous waste from old factories, that no one wants to remediate, they just fence them off and maybe pour some cement over-cap. This is starting to sound like Exide battery plants no one wants.

Does not each nuclear plant site have a DOE EPA disposal plan?
Everyone has been building these nuclear power plants (disregard the miliatry production sites) since the 1940's and 1950's , Da!
Sounds like Planet of The Apes Sci-Fi stuff. They train them MBAs real good, right? Off-the-books legal-sea for what company?
Is this good will en-tree accounting?
