PLUG's partners for GenFuel hydrogen fuel and infrastructure?

Does anyone know who PLUG's partners are for the GenFuel hydrogen fuel and infrastructure?

Are they subcontracting the building of the GenFuel facilities to another company?

Whose Hydrogen producing equipment are they using?

I am trying to find out if PLUG is using Hydrogenics Corporation (HYGS) in the building of their Hydrogen infrastructure??

Any answers would be great.
