It is my understanding that the "Prime Focus" deal (which is tentative until the final deal is consummated) is a contribution from Prime Focus of Equipment, Services and the like that have a valuation according to Medient of 40 MIL Dollars. There was a total of 90 MIL Dollars for Phase 1 needed; the 40 MIL from Prime and the balance to be in the form of equity and debt. This may have all changed and now with the "New Master Plan" which excludes Housing, it may be entirely different. I am anxiously awaiting the announcement.
