bucc and Dr. call the office for an update. Yes, it sucks to have waited this long for our permit. Logistics of Heartland, Seafarer and the State must be very difficult. All previous paperwork in Heartlands name, It must all be changed and every i dotted to ensure all is 100% legal and no lawsuits can be filed, IMO. Billions of dollars makes people do crazy things. Patience is really tough here but it will be rewarded IMO. Good news is I doubt the state and all parties would be so careful unless they felt confident this was going to be something amazing...
