Also soon we should be hearing who the lead plaintiff is and at the same time they'll announce commencement of the class action.

That's if it goes like the last 50 of these calamities I've watched collapse.

That'll trigger more selling. Especially since some of the small amount of institutions that made the mistake of buying too soon here are forced to sell according to their own rules.

It's not unusual for sophisticated traders to dump anything with a class action pending when we're talking about an already small and unprofitable biowreck.
