It doesn't work that way, scamming CEOs don't spend money after a suspension to exit from greys, simply they acquire or hijack another ticker (it's full of zombie tickers out there) and restart another scam pump..

this is the reason why only 1 or 2 greysheet stocks in the last years recovered from the skull and bones land..
