Sorry Milton,
instead on feb 18 they announced adding vortex as a strategic partner,
then on February 25 the CEO of Vortex David field joined the BOD, and agreed to a Joint Venture....
Then on March 4 announced the acquisition http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/protek-capital-luxuriant-holdings-shareholders-update-luxuriant-holdings-acquire-vortex-otc-pink-prpm-1885059.htm

Wouldn't you think if the acquisition was fake that you would see a enormous amount of protest from VORTEX stating this is false?
