Don't know about an RM. First thing is to get the current plan DESTROYED!!! Not APPROVED! If that happens then RM is possible, if not we should still have a 'run' at some point. I vote plan FAILS and Long-term shareholders have to be taken care of in some way. As a post BK holder I know the risks, but it seems like many got screwed here...Walrath made WaMu BK keep going because of shareholders and it was a long battle where shareholder weren't left with nothing but shares in the surviving company. Shares went from 1 down below .50 and recently hit 3.50...Something is better than nothing. NOL's will show value after 2 years just like WMIH (WaMu)
