If you open an ETRADE account you can request, thru them, a transfer of your shares from another account. That would be the quickest. They also advise as to what method the transfer will be accomplished and approximate time involved. I've had no problems ever with ETRADE, but had some with ShareBuilder. If a stock is not on their approved trading list you have to request that it be added. And, I hate that additional fee they have for shares under $1.
