If the courts let this go without enforcing the laws & constitution of the USA then any company or Gov't can do what ever they want with any company without investors input without any consequences. Let's put Google in Conservatorship and take all profits! Oh and stock holders get nothing because it's good for the tax payers. Yea they put $187 Billion into F&F & has received $200 Billion in Payments. You can't have a double standard. THE LAW IS THE LAW NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE!
