Dude they hardly got any cash, and gave premo real estate.
Unlikely theory.
I know there is much Volk distrust on this board, but maybe he was having his strings pulled by ADR to arrange share structure for the deal on the 12th.
?
Maybe I'm going out on a limb.
Still, I have a positive opinion on all of this cause there is another company involved ha.
