That is NOT what this PR said:

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynasty Limousine, Inc. (PinkSheets: DNYS) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cyber-Thingy , Inc., has completed a Master Agent License, Cross Marketing and Distribution Agreement with Transaction Management LLC for EmpaSys™ (www.EmpaSys.com) services. The company expects to add two million dollars to its revenues in 2013 due to the added convenient services the platform provides. The EmpaSys™ electronic payment solution is a web-based platform that enables approved merchants to allow their customers to pay certain bills electronically, purchase prepaid airtime, load a variety of pre-paid debit cards or transfer money internationally.

The Agreement also allows Cyber-Thingy™ to market and sell the full range of the EmpaSys™ products and services through its kiosks providing additional revenue streams for the Company while providing value added services for their customers.

Cyber-Thingy™ will add new co-branded merchant locations thru the Company's kiosk placement program which will expand the number of EmpaSys™ locations. The agreement allows Cyber-Thingy™ to Cross-Market its kiosks and convenient online services to the 1,400 existing EmpaSys™ locations. Cyber-Thingy™ will look to place its Internet Sweepstakes and Digital Advertising Kiosks in many of the existing EmpaSys™ locations.

Cyber-Thingy(TM)'s CEO Chris Clarke states, "Many of the 1,400 EmpaSys™ locations such as truck stops and convenience stores are well suited for our Sweepstakes and Digital Advertising Kiosks. We are very excited about our strategic partnership with EmpaSys™ and the cross marketing opportunity we have in front of us." The Company's CEO further states "this agreement provides tremendous expansion and revenue opportunities for both companies. We expect to grow our brand internationally through our relationships and cross marketing agreements with large companies which will help EmpaSys™ grow its network reach." Cyber-Thingy™ gains an existing merchant network that their customers can use with ready and proven additional services. The Company believes that many of its future customers are ones that will also desire convenient access to bill pay options, debit card loading and international money transfers.
