the 70-1 forward split was in the past, the increase in the AS was just voted on a little over a month ago.

Dilution has begun, 1 Billion and trips is the future here.

Why would they just finish increasing the AS only to do a FS?
I am a country boy, and thick between the ears, so layman terms if any can answer...
