Reading the Tullow risk management policy they actively seek to reduce risk by farming out/down and act quickly if conditions/events require action. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they know something about progress with the DOJ/SEC situation and that HDY (as in the Sabu-1 debacle) hasn't bothered to disclose to shareholders in a timely manner. Currently disgusted with someone/thing but don't yet know who/what :(
