The truth of the matter is there was no phone calls for me to return to Rob A since the last time I spoke with him a cpl wks ago.I called him 3x's this morn since 830am with no return call :)).I have respect for RobA & compassion for his feelings.
Understand something I have been available to anyone here or out there since Oct & I speak with many of you out there on the phone,IM or both.I have not sold a share here for many many months nor have i made a dime representing this co's ir dept since 12/15.Yet I have been the subject of verbal abuse & slander?
Quite frankly when I went out to meet with Otto & Rob>> BK,RS or pinksheets were on the table with regards to a reorg.But after sitting with both of them we felt it was in the best interest of all involved to make this reorg work without the above. Financial sacrifices have been made by both Rob & Otto in a very large way,which will become evident in the coming days.Sh's have sarificed "value & stress",but nobody can lose unless they sell for a loss.Lets not forget I hold a ton here & am down 5 figures in "value".But until this reorg is finished i will have to bite the preverbial bullet as a sh.
Another thing to understand>> had I felt this was a scam I would have run the other way & not mentioned this stock to anyone i know personally as an INVESTMENT.Its an investment & a risky 1 @ that,but without risk there is no reward.I myself am taking a big risk here,not just the $$$$$$$ i put in.But my name,legal issues,my personal life,biz life, & fwiw i've not slept well for many months due to this position I took in Oct.However i can se the forest thru the trees & the dust settling :)U will 2 SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON>>JB
