Has anyone noticed the number of shares in the float is lower from the I-Hub's number;

Float 1,707,569,973 a/o November 12, 2013

Vs the number on LATF' website?;

Float 1,567,569,973 a/o Jan 30, 2014

A difference of 140,000,000(140 MILLION) shares less a/o Jan 30, 2014.

Looks like they ARE buying shares back from the float! I wonder how many less shares are in the float a/o now?
