I agree with you that this pig is dying.

I agree that the news will be fake, incomplete, and/or loaded with weasel words (like the "interim reports" which were missing the "report" part).

However, reverse splits are not part of the Lumb/ Lowenthal scam model. They just dilute the shell down to no-bid, have an insider foreclose on the mining claims (no surprise, one of those closely held companies will turn out to have a mortgage on the claims), and then they move on to the next shell, just like with RENS, HGLC, and FFGO. No reverse split needed.
