call Michael Steele(owner of Jazz Candles,recent acquisition-of PBHG)…he could confirm when Vaksar will finish the purchase terms(stock transfer, no cash) and is wondering if the terms of the deal will EVER be shown to shareholders

that was what 2 months ago……..not much transparency for a PUBLIC company...
