Unless one is somehow short on SFRX, I don't know how a shareholder could benefit by a falling PPS.

I think the bigger issue is why is this stock's price falling on well above average volume (for this time of day).

As of the last trade, the PPS is $0.0009 away from setting a new 52 week low.
I am far more concerned about that than how a falling PPS could somehow benefit anybody.
