No one is going to slap the Ask when the overall sentiment is BBDA is a share issuing failure IMO. Flippers will wait on the Bid patiently for a lower entry. Sellers and dilution will gladly slap the Bids...due to overall sentiment.

Once the "changing of the guard" occurs shares will be in new hands who might feel BBDA has potential, especially with KU. Still have over 4 billion shares of the a/s left to be issued though...
