I have to agree with nazulya on this one! MM's have control here! They give you a "head fake" little pop and short it again like clock work! Just remember the Bakken play and how Floyd built it up as the biggest and best thing that could ever happen to PEII... He stretched that one out for MONTHS!!!while diluting almost a half BILLION shares only to "OPT" out at the end!!! Does the S-1 remind you of anything?????????
